The primary aim of the Department of Primary School Teacher Education is to educate primary school teachers who attach importance to Atatürk's principles and reforms, give importance to human rights and democracy, have a positive attitude towards primary school education and have professional skills in their field. It is aimed that the students graduated from this program will have confidence in using educational technologies, following the innovations related to the field, having; problem solving, analytical thinking, critical thinking and scientific research methods and skills. Department of Primary School Teacher Education provides education at undergraduate level and those who have successfully completed the program can work as class teachers in educational institutions.
In the Department of Primary School Teaching, undergraduate level education is provided and those who successfully complete the program can work as a Primary School Teacher in educational institutions. The department was opened in 2008 and has been graduating since 2012.
